Hi to all
I recently started at a meat facility as the Director of FS & Quality. We have never had a third party audit and our ultimate goal is to become GFSI/BRC certified by the end of this year. I personally have been through both SQF and BRC and starting from scratch in this day and age is no easy task. This forum is a great resource and I'm looking forward to being part of it!
