Hello Everybody, food safety peers! New in the team!

I´m Daniel Schattner, from Argentina. I´ve been working in food and consumer products safety , quality and development , in several companies in my country. I´m currently involved in activities also related  to food industry and  technology , as teaching in universities, and technical specialties college,  argentinian accreditation board ( OAA ), and as food safety and quality consulting and training . I hope to learn , update y contribute to this team.
