Hi chichai,

Generically an answer to yr query will be a (large) Book. Many published ones exist.

Depending on yr product/process, a relevant manual might require a chapter in a large book. Or perhaps a separately focused Book.

Can you clarify yr objectives ?.

Can you sight some published Lab manuals? I just need an idea on the content of a food lab manual. Maybe from there i can adapt already our own lab procedures.
