Hi All,
I was hired on to a small vinegar plant straight out of College with a biology degree as a lab tech ended up putting together a lab and part of a food safety program as they had none. It has been the school of hard knocks as they didn't want any outside help and I have had only 3 official classes on food safety. Hope to learn a lot from you all.

Hi Kelly, welcome to the IFSQN. There is a huge repository of information on the forum and website and make sure you check out our Food Safety Fridays webinars. We run them most weeks and we have over 60 recorded in the videos library for you to watch at your leisure. If you can find what you need just ask.
