Hello IFSQN community!

Is liquid smoke considered an allergen?

Working on Product spec and Hazard Analysis for a roasted dog bone, and I'm not 100% sure how to treat this one ingredient.

If this topic has already been done, please just point me in the right direction as I couldn't find much info on it.

I'm not aware of any country that considers liquid smoke to require labeling as an allergen - for human food, anyway.

What is the source material used for liquid smoke?  The source may be allergenic.
