Hi everyone!

I’m writing to ask which is the best certification scheme for food processing machinery (of frozen products).

There are the EN 1672-1 and 2 standards. According to your experience, are these suitable for that kind of machinery? Are there other standards we can apply?

Thank you so much!

Certification according to specific EHEDG guidelines might be possible as well.
