Using SQF checklist for internal audits

I am using the SQF excel checklist to base my internal audits on using modules 2 and 11, level 3. I have noticed that there is a documentation tab and a facility tab for each module but a lot of the requirements in each tab are basically the same. I was wondering if it was worth combining the two tabs for my internal audit of each section, or just focus on the documentation tab since the facility tab appears to contain almost the same content. 

If the purpose is to internally audit against the standard, I don't see any need to do twice the work.

Most combine the two when using the checklist as their own internal auditing format.

As you may have guessed one tab is for document and the other is for facility. So they are very similar in what they ask.  So as not to duplicate and double your time needlessly, it is better to combine the two and when you go through the audit for each element, verify the documentation and also that it is being followed on the floor.  I also found it is very helpful tool to use when preparing for the re-certification audit as a checklist to make sure you ahve everythign organized and in place for the auditor.

Thank you all for your feedback. My thoughts here is that I should combine them but I could then eliminate the sections which are repetitive and apply it to both my documentation and facility audit to cover off all aspects.

Does anyone have this checklist for SQF Edition 8.0?  I am looking for  the grading assistance that is on this document but updated to SQF Edition 8.0 Module 2 & 13.
