Variation in fatty acid profile of vegetable oil

I would like to ask about the variation in fatty acid profile of vegetable oil and this variation could  be considered as  a violation to codex standard for vegetable oil 210-1999. could any one help me in this regards.

how big is the variation and what oil is it regarding? How did you notice the variation? (did you run your own analysis or was it on a supplier COA? etc.)
