Good Morning;

It has been requested by a customer that we send out samples of our onions and carrots to test for Heavy Metals- Arsenic, Cadmium, Lead and Mercury specifically.   We are a Canadian Company but also sell to the United States.

I cannot find a good reference or guideline. Can anyone send some links or papers that might be of assistance.
