FSSC 22000 Manual

Hi we have decided to go for FSCC 22000 from ISO 22000. Already i have ISO 22000:2005 manual for Food Safety Management System. Shall i write PRP manual based on ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 standard like i wrote for ISO 22000:2005?

Or

ISO 22000:2005 manual is enough and don't need to write a manual for PRP?

It depends on whether what you have already written fully complies with iso22002-1 (it likely doesn't). Afaik, the basic format is up to you.

You will need to consider the prequisite requirements that are not covered in your current manual. Technical Specification ISO 22002 specifies detailed requirements to be specifically considered in relation to ISO 22000:2005, 7.2.3: In addition, it adds other aspects which are considered relevant to manufacturing operations:
1) rework;
2) product recall procedures;
3) warehousing;
4) product information and consumer awareness;
5) food defence, biovigilance and bioterrorism.
