I'm still wondering what FMCG stands for ?

Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

Fast Moving Consumer Goods.

Really ? Thks.

I  guess it's validated (as a FS Standard)  by "definition".

Well, in my opinion...validating a FS management system would be to show the observer/auditor what your Food Safety management system was like before FSSC 22000 and what it looks like after implementing FSSC 22000. That's a lot of documentation (entire FS management system) and feedback from audits...well that just my opinion.... :gleam:

Validations would be the process' you use to validate your process and it's controls

So let's say your process should provide a 5 log reduction at some step (as an example)

What tools (anaylsis, sampling, interviewing operators) etc would you use

Now, since your in a "fast moving consumer goods" category, how do you validate against product that has a really high turnover/sales/consumption pattern? I'm thinking, you can't wait for a shelf life study, if your product is sold and usually consumed before a shelf life study is completed.

Just my thinking about what the auditor means

I note that it was asked 1 year ago.
