Raw Finished & Packing Standards for an Ice Cream Plant
I am the new SQF Practitioner at a Ice Cream Plant. I am in the middle of written the SQF Procedure for 2.3.2 Raw Finished & Packing Standards. Do any one have a sample for me to look at. I came from a raw meat plant. So I have no idea on the Standard for Ice Cream is.

Attached is the guidlines for developing a HACCP programme for the manufacturers of Ice cream. It came from New Zealand. It wil have the required information. You may still have to make amendment/s to customised your procedure

With all due respect, yr OP is rather alarming from a safety POV.
I anticipate that there will be an official LOCAL Regulatory Standard for the finished Product.
