Alternatives to stitch seals for Paper Sacks

Hi all,

Hoping for some insight on other alternatives to sealing paper sacks. We currently stitch our bags close and are looking to move away because of use of needles.

Would appreciate some feedback :)

There are several alternative of sealing the bags with out stitching . some of them are listed below

1. Use the self closing liners made of plastic. examples are sandwich bags available in every super markets .

2, Use heat sensitive glue to seal the bags

3.Use lock and seal strips on the bag

Is it multi-layer bag such as plastic and paper?  Consider using these if not because you can use a heat seal on the plastic.

If it is multi-layer bag then you just need a heat sealer.  It will fold over the top of the bag and apply heat to melt the plastic creating your seal.
