Which category do Meat Analogue products fall under?

My company has recently gotten into producing fully cooked meat analogue products (meat alternative, meat substitute, mock meat, faux meat or imitation meat).  I'm wondering which category this fits into too?  Category 8 is Cooked meat/fish products and that is what we use now, but so far I can't find a category for Meat Analogue.  Thanks for your help.

Hi S Maddux,

I would say that category 8 is the closest category but could possibly fall into 10. Strange that they have accommodated raw but not cooked. I would check with your certification body.

Kind regards,

Tony
