Chemical usage - SQF

what are you all doing for Chemical usage for SQF? are you  including only chemicals for Sanitation cleaning? also, how often are you writing your usage, daily, weekly, monthly?  Thank you for you your help.

We have a log used for both Sanitation and Maintenance to record chemical inventories.  This is performed once a month with a running total of chemicals used and chemicals added into inventory.  It shows whats coming in and whats going out,  Has worked for several audits and aided in chemical control as the vetting process for added a chemical goes through QA.  

Thank you so much for the help, We were doing chemcial usage daily, i kind of thought it was overkill, we will switch to weekly or monthly going forward.
