Hello!

Hello everyone,

Been lurking around for a few months and wanted to finally introduce myself.  I've been hired on at a Natural Sausage Casing production facility in New York City to basically build them a QC department and earn us an SQF lvl 2 certificate.  We're making great progress and I'm confident in our audit date of the end of August.  This forum and you guys have been very helpful and I've found many answers and helpful suggestions among the posts.

WELCOME IT IS GOOD THAT FINAL YOU HAVE JOINED IFSQN.   just like you have learned a lot from these forums. Your audit date is not that far so i have you have completed documentation side of the project and now collecting data to demonstrate that systems is up and running.
