GFSI Auditor Joining the FSVP/FSMA Conversation

Hello IFSQN! I'm a food safety consultant and GFSI auditor located in Texas. I'm looking forward to some lively conversation!

 

Right now, I am eating, drinking, and sleeping FSVP. If anyone has guidance on establishing determining SAHCODHA risks, I'd like to hear your opinions, thoughts, curses, etc.

Although it, predictably, does not specifically answer yr SAH query (= Consultant income?), do note that there now appears to be an "official?" manual for FSVP, of similar origins to that for [FSMA-haccp] (still =HARPC?). Includes thoughts on SAHCODHA (a spelling nightmare !!!)
