Metal Detector secured reject box

Hello:

We recently just had our BRC recertification. One issue was the Metal detector not having a "secured" rejection box.

We make bakery goods eg. breads, pizza crusts and cookies which can be big and bulky. Has anyone got any pictures they could show or else ideas on the type of thing we could use that would be efficient

Thanks

Hi HACCPCOR, I have used both Perspex and metal versions of this which purely is a box with a lockable hatch on top. Rejects can olny be accessed via the hatch and items are removed from the line via a reject arm. You could have rollers inside the box to make items go to the furthest point away from the line so it doesn't keep on stopping. They dont have to be ground breaking, just secure
