Hello all,
Can anyone please share an Allergen Testing SOP. My plant is preparing to undergo an BRC Audit , and we currently don't perform any allergen testing. We just ordered Neogen kits to test for the presense of milk and soy. Short on time here. need some help.

You may define responsibility time of use where to use for which products after cleaning you are going to use all these things must be defined as work instruction WI and should be also mentioned in allergen management SOP.
You may also make records of activity performed date time allergen kit used checked by verified by observation conclusion swab area/equipment details etc.
