Hello all. I'm a career chef with a northern California fine dining history. Also experienced as a sausage production manager in a USDA plant (2 years), and a cooperative retail meat and seafood manager (6.5 years).
Presently working on a brewery restaurant startup in a restored 19th century building in Saint Paul Minnesota.
