My name is Jo,

I have just started working for Vacuum Pouch Company in Bury Lancashire ( day two)  I was previously employed as the Management Systems Coordinator ( responsible for food safety & quality management systems including overseeing BRC, LRQA and AIB audits at a large company based in Bury Lancashire.)

I am sure I will learn a lot and get lots of food safety advice from using this forum.
