Self Introduction

Dear Forum Members,

                                          Greetings to one and all.  I am a Post Graduate DAIRY TECHNOLOGIST with 18 years of work experience in the dairy industry across India, Mauritius, Kenya, Uganda and Malawi.  I have had the opportunity to commission single handed ,dairy plants to produce Market Milk, Fermented Milk,  Milk products like flavoured milks, yoghurts, Dairy desserts , fruit juices and Ice creams. Right now I am actively involved in training food industries for the implementation of ISO 22000, HACCP and BRC standards.Through the contacts of this forum, I would like to further enrich my experiences and knowledge by sharing and interacting with the members in this forum.  I am confident that I will benefit from the knowledge of the members and will be happy to share my knowledge with you all.  Looking forward to great and memorable moments.
