Compliance date for human food manufacturer outside U.S
Hi there,
We are small industry in Thailand(less than 100 workers) manufacturing chocolate and export to U.S. And currently my customer chasing after us for any GFSI certification in order to ease FSMA compliance.
Hence, may i know when is the compliance dates for FSMA for small industry like us. Please advice
and my second question is, does any U.S regulations stated Cashews treatment process able to kill 4 log of Salmonella?. As I read in CFR 981.442 U.S and Almond Board of California webpage, this clause only apply for almond.
Please clarify.
Thanks :)

Please clarify.I'm not in USA/ no idea about cashew but IIRC, the GMA organization have covered the topic or X "D" for roasting various "nuts" in considerable detail in several of their publications posted on this Forum.
