I work with a low risk biscuit company and during our last audit we had a non-conformance for not showing due diligence in relation to allergen control on site and our HACCP flow. At the moment we declare all allergen on our packaging.

What is the best way of showing due diligence in our site?

Hi Becky,

From the BRC Standard's POV, lack of "due diligence" probably means not complying with certain of the Standard's requirements relating to above stated topics..

It might help to focus the answers if you can inform which Clauses of the Standard were involved and why you specifically received the mentioned nonconformances. ?
