Dear All,

As per the 7.3.1 Clause of ISO 22000 Standards what all relevant information should be collected ,maintained and documented to conduct the hazard analysis.

How this data can be collected based on the process...?

Advise please with few examples.

Dear A2Z,

It is exactly in the standard which information/data should be collected:

- 7.3.2: HACCP team (including training and experience of HACCP team members)

- 7.3.3.1 product characteristics of raw materials (including packaging materials), ingredients and product contact materials

- 7.3.3.2 product characteristics of finished products

- 7.3.4 intended use

- 7.3.5.1 flow diagrams

- 7.3.5.2 description of process steps and control measures

Good Luck
