A Simple Introduction
Hi everyone,
Finally I registered as a member after browsing this website so many times everytime I need some information about food safety. I am a HACCP Coordinator in a poultry plant in Canada and we are currently BRC Certified. I used to work as a corporate quality assurance in a flour mill; feed mill and fats and oils before coming to Canada. I am looking forward to learn from the experts and share knowledge as well.
