A checklist only for Production, eg no quality/safety related items ??

This is a wide-scoped query.

 

A textbook answer (there are many books on baking QA) is that the checklist likely depends on yr specific process/specific finished product/intended FS Standard (if any).

 

Are you able to provide details ?

 

There are some generic haccp plans for bread on this forum if any interest ?
