Ive been working in the food industry (meat business) as a QA for over 5 years, i just stared working for a company which producing packaging material such as: wax paper (for hamburgers etc. ) and its something new to me. I'm looking for advice and a support.

Thank You in advance!

Welcome Ivanna! I'm the SQF Practitioner for a packaging manufacturer and we just recently obtained our SQF Level 2 certification, and I found this forum really helpful throughout my journey, so you've made a good choice to register here

I also found it helpful to bring in a consultant who did a Gap Assessment on our facility/documentation to the SQF Level 2 standard, it provided a lot of information on where we were deficient and allowed to fix a lot of things prior to our formal audit. If that is in your company's budget I would highly recommend it (as a first time SQF Practitioner there were some things that I thought we were compliant on that we were not, so having this assessment really opened my eyes to what SQF is really looking for and helped set us up for success).
