Frui juice Pulp %

In 2015, I had trained by Beturzzi Expert in fruit juice machine. So after a long time studied, working in Fruit juice factory. I understand the most important of Fruit juice product is % Pulp how to get maximum and non effect to machine. 

- First, We need to care about the Flowrate and starch in 100ml juice sample. Centrifugal seperator will help us on this. 

- Take care the temps of product, velocity and density. 

-> the good method to get correct % Pulp.
