Risk Assessment for frequency of equipment checks and calibration
Good day ALL,
Can someone please assist with a template or how to go about doing risk assessment to determine the frequency of checks on measuring equipment's used in the factory ( scales, thermometers, micrometers, metal rulers etc) . I am failing to put together something/ I have been given a minor for not conducting the risk assessment in our recent audit against Issue 5 clause 5.5.2
