Risk & Opportunity Assessment under QMS 9001:2015

Hi, I am working on transition to 9001:2015 but confused about risk assessment that how link risk with our processes while standard tells identified risk considering context of organization whereas when we talk about process it become specific to each process steps.Can anybody help in interpretation of the 9001:2015 standard requirements in form some sort of examples.
