Trying to find out what are the requirements for employee break room regarding food and drink?  If anyone could share with me I sure would appreciate it  I am trying to see what the various Schemes call out regarding break room requirements for food processors.

As far as specific to an FSSC audit, I am not 100% certain.  However, it is typically best industry practice (and GFSI standard) that employee break rooms be fitted with means for employees to keep their food proper temperature (refrigerator), and reheat food if necessary (microwave, oven, stove, etc.).  Also, that they be kept neat and tidy and not pose as a harborage or attractant to pests.  I.E. remove garbage & discard old food.  Also, food and drink should be kept in the break room / lunch area and not in the locker room.
