PRP Validation

I'm reviewing validations of our PRP's (PAS 223)for a plastic film manufacturing plant. Given that not all PRP's can/should be validated can anyone give me a rundown on which PRP's they DID NOT validate? If possible a quick justification would also be nice. I'd like to sync with general industry practice if possible.
