Risk assessment for contractors and suppliers for SQF
Hi
Can somone give me an idea on how to do a risk assessment for contractors.I have prepared the list and have started with our outside storages and pest control but I need more specifics as what to cover in an assessment.A template would be great./

There is no generic template as these will be adapted for your organization in question. The SQFI provides resources and certifications to help food industry suppliers apply the HACCP principles to control food quality hazards and food safety. I have added a link here. You will find a free version of the most recent SQF Code (Edition 7) in several languages, as well as a self-assessment audit checklist.
