Bit overwhelmed with the amount of COP to be audited

The codes of practice to be audited depend on your operation & products
We were recently audited by a group on behalf of M&S who recommended that for quarterly audits you do a big annual one followed by quarterly follow up checks to make sure tasks/procedures etc are still being performed according to the code of practice
Please give a brief overview of your process and product

I know what you mean. M&S is only one of many retailers for me. We're overwhelmed by the expectations from them if I'm honest.
