Help needed with Rancidity of Macadamia Nuts
Recently we have had an issue with rancidity for our Macadamia Nuts. Does anyone know what the limits are for these nuts in term of peroxide value and fatty free acids?
Did you try asking your supplier for these limits? Possibly could send out good and bad ones and have them evaluated by a lab to get baseline results as well.
