Hi,
I have worked in the food industry for over 20 years in various sectors including ice cream, non-dairy frozen products, jams and jellies, spices and spice blends, fresh, frozen and retorted fish and vegetabes, sauces and chopped candies. I graduated from Oregon State University and am the author of Food Industry Quality Control Systems printed by CRC press.
