Hi everyone,
I've worked in the food industry for almost 20 years and am currently in the prepared foods industry (refrigerated & shelf stable). I have a Masters in Food Safety from Michigan State and am a lead instructor for Preventive Controls and FSVP.
My facilities are certified to the SQF standard and I was looking for alternate approaches to our validation & verification methods.
