Does anyone know if a lab that conducts sodium testing using the AOAC 966.16 method? (preferably in the midwest/east coast) Needing this specific test method but am not having luck finding a lab.

If you haven't already reached out to one of these labs i would give the below a call. They are national labs that are established in food. Since the method is AOAC, they may be able to set it up fairly quickly if no labs in their network are set up to run the assay depending on what you need:
- Certified Labs: http://certified-laboratories.com/
- Deibel Labs: https://www.deibella...s/lab-locations
- Silliker (MXNS): https://www.merieuxn...ety-and-quality
