Can you inform to be audited by whom, eg SQF ?

BRC is our main auditor. 

Does the log require a corrective action to these internal foreign found objects?

At minimum you should have a record that you removed the foreign object rather than shipped the product with it inside. :)

I use a standard incident response form to record these events which includes "what did you do before starting back up again" that is well received in audits.
