Food Fraud Plan

Hello,
Does anyone have a food fraud plan template that they wouldn't mind sharing? I am in the process of adding this plan into our Food Defense program and started a plan but I am not sure that I am on the right track. Also does anyone have any suggestions for annual verification of the plan? Thank you very much!
