Additives permitted and their Limits/levels

Is there any source where I can read through additives permitted in UK and EU and their limits.

thanks for the response.

What I wanted to highlight for all outside the EU is that you should always look for a consolidated version, not only for the number of a regulation. Than you will receive as in that case a version without numbers (the original - published as FIAP package of 4 regulations) had not such a content. All the change made will be published under an own number and only the consolidated version will give the sum.
