Good morning everyone -

I've been searching the depths of the internet, but so far no luck. I'm looking for label approval form examples. We want to make sure communication is clear and formalized between ourselves and our customers when we begin packing a product for them with their own label (that we design often times). Do you guys have some examples I can draw from by any chance? Thanks so much!

When we do custom prints we send out ink swatches with a sticker on the front that the customer has to sign and send back, which we keep on file with the press docket for colour matching. If you're physically mailing the labels out this is something that might work. You can put a control document # on the approval labels themselves and create a work instruction for it so it's formally a part of your SQF system. We use a lot of swatches so it really makes it simple for us to see the approval right on the swatch, and it cuts down on the amount of paper records we have to keep.
