BRC 3.7 - No trend analysis for the corrective actions occurred

I have one ask - could you tell me how i can make a Trend analysis for the corrective actions occurred. 

Last week we had audit BRC  and one of non conformity is 

3.7

No Trend analysis for the corrective actions occurred.

Please, if anyone know how tell me of send me some exell,

i will be greatfull!

Sorry but i am confused.

Which BRC standard are you referring to ?

BRC7 food, clause 3.7  has no mention of trend analyses ?

Was there a specific defect involved ?

Issue 7. point 3.7.

Hi plamena,

IMEX the auditor should give you a report detailing the clause reference and the reason for any nonconformances. Would usually have been mentioned at the time of audit also.
