Standard Product Specification for Printed Boxes
Good Afternoon All!
Still plugging away over here in compliance land.
What are you guys in the printed box making world using as your standard product spec and register?
We are stumped as to what they want. Why is this different than what the customer supplies in the quoting process?
Any help is appreciated.
Thank you,
Lori
Register: a list of specs
Specs: could be the approved contenct/color proofs from customers, drawings, corrugate used (ECT), etc. If you have specific customer requirements that are their "specifications for the product", those should do nicely, organize them in a "register" or list.

Hi PQ,
it might relate to which clause you are talking about ??
We actually keep electronic copies on the network drive (backed up to a cloud account and an offsite secure facility nightly) under "Raw Materials Specifications" with a folder for each type of material and each of those with a dated folder, reviewed and updated annually.
