GMP and HACCP Certification Audit Checklist

Hi, I've gotten many requests for HACCP Checklists so I'm uploading this file for GMP and HACCP Audit (Codex Based). It has never failed us for a correct refection of our status and I hope it may help someone. We are IFS compliant, so we use one another one for that system that includes other areas of the FSQMS.

Many thks for the useful Checklist.

Majority text = Pros except, IMO, 7 Cons -

(1) 43 Cells containing the words "HACCP Verification" !

(2) Module 1 - Many  Sections should IMO be headed "GMP"

(3) Validation seems to be included as a sub-set of Verification. Nowadays, except perhaps in USA, i think it tends to be "Stand-Alone".

(4) Module 2, Para 2.4.1, should preferably read - CL established & validated as adequate etc

(5) Module 2, Para 2.4.7, "validated" should probably be "verified".

(6) Module 2, Para 2.3.1, the text "not already controlled adequately by prerequisite programs." should IMO be deleted. (This opinion is debatable).

(7) Module 2, Para 2.3.7, the text IMO should preferably read "All CCP’s listed on hazard analysis worksheet to facillitate cross checks that significant hazards are controlled by the HACCP plan" (similarly to [6], also debatable).
