Pet isnt an allergen you need to explain more what you need

If there are no allergens in your raw materials or process aids you should just need an allergen policy reflecting that. The policy statement that there are no known allergens in the process areas and the risk assessment shows that the risk is almost nonexistent. You should also have letters of guarantee from all suppliers that their products are allergen free (or free from known allergens.) That statement is part of the Supplier Assessment form we send as a part of our Vendor Approval program. I like to kill as many birds with one stone as possible... not literally of course.
