Detectable chopping boards
Hello Everyone,
I'm Agnes and I working as QA in salads factory. We use lots of cabbage in daily production and first preparing stage is chopping cabbage for half or quarters and here starts my problem. I will be grateful for any advise about detectable chopping boards, which are durable, hard and used daily do not use up after 2 days. Does anybody has good experience and could give me any advice?

High density polyethylene. This is what every plant I've been in uses for meat cutting. It is not the same material as in a cutting board you buy for home use...this is much more rigid and durable as well as sanitary and relatively inexpensive for when it does need replacing.
