Introduction

Hi i am Peter from Zambia working as a Food Inspector for our local companies.I started as a management trainee at Parmalat Zambia after my graduate degree in Food technology in 2011.Later on i joined Zambia Bureau of standards as an Inspector where i worked at one of our borders checking for compliance to our standards for  imported goods.Currently working under domestic quality monitoring where we carry out factory inspections and enforcement.

I am more than excited to be part of this excellent network of friends who are interested in  issues of quality and safety of  food products.Remember we live in a global village
