HACCP for MILK and Milk Product

Dear All,
As i required HACCP complete for dairy, its really very urgent. however i have completed the same but i dont know why not feeling comfortable with whatever i made.
Please somebdy help in this matter as soon as possible

Can one product mix different HACCP categories in the same tray?
